A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Yorkville units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Yorkville, TN kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Yorkville roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Yorkville isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Yorkville, TN licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Yorkville, TN so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Anyone in Yorkville who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Yorkville call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Yorkville started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Yorkville team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
We size the Yorkville response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Yorkville units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Yorkville homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Yorkville properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Yorkville crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
Every Yorkville job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Our Yorkville, TN warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Yorkville tech at your door inside an hour.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.

The closest available technician is routed to your Yorkville property with equipment staged and ready.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Yorkville job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Yorkville paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
